- A dull knife requiring sharpening is considered basic maintenance, not a defect.
- Rust spots can occur if the knife is placed in a dishwasher, left in water, or not properly dried. Use a stainless steel polisher cream like Bar Keepers Friend to remove any rust spots.
- Woodblocks, sharpening tools, and blade protectors are not covered as they are subject to normal wear and tear.
