International buyers are responsible for complying with local laws and customs requirements. We do not ship to embargoed countries or locations restricted by U.S. export regulations. See Section 7 of our Terms of Service for more details.
2. Processing Time

Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Made-to-Order or Specialty Items: Additional time may be required for processing. This will be clearly noted on the product page.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We do not guarantee delivery dates, but we strive to meet or exceed published estimates. Delays due to weather, carrier issues, or global events (e.g., pandemics, strikes) are outside of our control.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
Forest Bound Gear is not liable for:

Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

Delays caused by carriers or customs

Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
If your package is lost in transit (and not marked as delivered), contact us at forestboundgear@vital-express.biz. We will assist with filing a claim and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the item(s). We will review your case and provide a resolution per our Return and Refund Policy.
8. International Shipping Terms

Buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

If your package is refused or returned due to non-payment of customs fees or import restrictions, a partial refund may be issued (less shipping and return costs).

We do not issue refunds for packages confiscated or destroyed by customs.

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

Orders cannot be rerouted once in transit.
10. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After that, we cannot guarantee cancellation, as processing may have already begun. Please contact forestboundgear@vital-express.biz promptly with your order number and “Cancellation Request” in the subject line.
